Service is not a favor or a nice-to-have. It's a principle. A mindset.
SERVICES
Anyone can offer a service. And anyone does. As a rule, they’re transactional and range anywhere from poor to average to off the charts.
True service is a stand-out act.
It requires creativity, consistency, and courage. Anyone can say they care, but to demonstrate it requires something else entirely.
You can pay almost anyone to DO a thing. But no amount of money can help them be something to you that they haven’t earned.
We offer a range of services, yes, but we’re most proud of the level of service we provide. Not just by doing things for you, but being there with you, every step of the way.
Picture two hotel rooms. Both are clean and have the same amenities and cost $279 a night.
… $279 goes from being a decent price…to a steal.
There are plenty of basic rooms available for a decent price. But what if you could, for that same price, have the full spectrum of services and a beachfront view? Exactly.
How is this possible?
While investing is absolutely part of what we do, leaving out the full picture of your financial life and everything it touches is not just myopic — it’s irresponsible.
We know that a more comprehensive approach is the only way to plan effectively. It’s also the right thing to do.
“But I’ve got a guy.”
We hear that a lot.
What we also hear is that they haven’t heard from that guy in a while.
The question isn’t "Do you have a guy?" but "Do you have a team?" Because it’s one of the things people like most about working with us — each of our clients has an ensemble of experts who are not only available, but know exactly who they are.
The irony is that traditional investment managers simply aren’t…invested.
Look, they’re not bad people (not all of them, anyway). For a long time, a financial service provider had one job: Invest your money.
The industry has evolved—but not everyone has. Today, anyone can move money from one account to another. That means there’s got to be a lot more to the advisor-client relationship than a series of transactions. Otherwise, what’s the point?
